Pop Pairings
Wine is for everyone
Pop Pairings

“We are here to introduce, educate, and expand the wine experience — for the masses.”

A wine lifestyle platform built on the belief that the story behind the bottle is just as intriguing as the wine itself. Based in New York. Coming to Napa.

“Cute is a bonus. A glass of something cold is the minimum requirement.”
— Pop Pairings

Two women who love wine. Exactly that.

We are not sommeliers. We have no desire to be. What we are is two women with a deep, genuine love of wine — and the curiosity to keep learning more about it. When we want expertise, we seek it out. We work with people who have dedicated their lives to understanding wine. We just love it for what it is.

We love what wine does. How it brings people together. How it opens up a conversation, slows down a room, and turns a meal into a memory. And we are endlessly fascinated by the people behind it — the winemakers, the families, the stories written into every vintage.

That is what Pop Pairings is built on. Not credentials. Passion. And the belief that everyone deserves to feel at home with a glass in their hand.

Sandye brings the vision, the warmth, and an unshakeable belief that wine storytelling should be as layered and rich as what is in the glass. She co-built Pop Pairings to make sure no one ever feels like an outsider at the table.

Sally is the voice and engine behind Pop Pairings — sharp, warm, and endlessly curious. She built this platform to close the gap between wine culture and the people who have always deserved a seat at the table.

Real experiences. Real press. Real community.

Pop Pairings curated the wine list for 333 Lounge in Brooklyn, New York — pairing wines with a jazz night that brought together music, food, and winemakers of color. The event was covered by the New York Daily News, which called it exactly what it was: something worth showing up for.

We have produced wine content on YouTube, hosted live events across New York City, and built a community of people who feel — perhaps for the first time — like wine was made for them too. That community is growing. And we are just getting started.

A curated digital experience is in development.

We are building something immersive and guided for our community — a wine experience unlike anything currently available. It is intimate, expert-led, and designed for people who love wine and want to love it even more. Winery partnerships are limited and intentional. We would love for the right partners to be part of it from the very beginning.
